Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Control Panel Wireman in Perrysburg, OH. As a Control Panel Wireman for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a manufacturing environment building electrical control panels used in industrial equipment. This role involves wiring, assembling, and mounting components while following wiring diagrams and standard shop procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.

This position requires candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with hand tools and electrical schematics.Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation of $18 to $21 per hour , based on experience, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available Shift:
Monday through Friday
6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble industrial control panels
• Mount components to back panels using hand tools (drilling, tapping, cutting, etc.)
• Measure, cut, and route wires to specified lengths
• Wire devices, terminals, and components according to schematics
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
• Use shop tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow established procedures and quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a production environment
• Basic knowledge or experience in electrical wiring or panel building preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Forklift training may be required
