Shop Lead

Field Service Team Lead Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA. Overview Aggreko is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to manage and lead a team of technicians in a service center, ensuring top‑class service delivery, equipment availability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist SCM in the efficient operation of service centers. Support technicians, supervise scheduling, coaching, and development. Ensure equipment availability and reliability. Manage equipment transfer requests and maintain accurate records of assets and inventory. Monitor parts supply, core returns, and service material costs. Prepare and submit commissioning, test, rental log, performance, KPI, and decommissioning reports. Review technician expense reports in Concur. Prepare requisitions and confirm receipt of supplies, parts, and fleet. Execute customer contracts and deliver services per Aggreko standards. Qualifications Associate degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience defining labor requirements and quantifying workshop activities. Strong prioritization and urgent response skills. Experience in operations or the rental industry. Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. Physical Requirements Availability to work the assigned schedule, travel to work locations, and be on standby for work outside regular shifts. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods; walk uneven terrain without assistance. Capacity to lift up to 60 lbs, push/pull 80 lbs, carry 60 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, climb while carrying 15 lbs, stoop, kneel, and squat.
