AI Full Stack Engineer

Salary: $110,300 - 183,800 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 4 years of software development experience.
• We need a B.S. in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• We require at least 4 years of experience building AI-enhanced applications using LLMs, voice, image, or speech models.
• We need strong proficiency in Python and AI-related libraries such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• We require experience with AI system evaluation and optimization, including precision, recall, F1-score, AUC-ROC, and MLOps for scalable, cost-conscious deployment.
• We need hands-on RAG development experience, including building systems from scratch or with LangChain/LlamaIndex and vector databases.
• We require experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or Windsurf.
• We need expertise in controlling LLM costs through prompt caching, batching, and quantization.
• We require a deep understanding of LLM evolution and model selection, including GPT-3.5, GPT-4, and o1-style reasoning models.
• We prefer strong analytical skills for turning data into actionable insights.
• We prefer healthcare domain experience and the ability to translate clinical or business needs into AI solutions.
• We prefer proficiency in building Node.js web applications such as Express.js.
• We prefer experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• We prefer effective communication skills for working with technical, DevOps, and product teams.
• We prefer experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• We develop and deliver enterprise-grade software applications powered by AI.
• We build scalable solutions that integrate large language models and other AI capabilities such as voice recognition, document parsing, image parsing, text-to-speech, and RAG into both new and existing codebases.
• We design and optimize data pipelines and datasets for AI development and testing.
• We explain modern AI concepts, including LLMs and vector databases, to non-technical audiences.
• We refine prompts iteratively to improve LLM performance and implement prompt caching approaches.
• We maintain prompt libraries and track benchmark performance.
• We fine-tune and serve GPT-family and Llama models.
• We develop AI agents using Semantic Kernel.
• We prototype copilot-style experiences and autonomous workflows.
• We document our work thoroughly at both the code and application levels.
• We learn quickly and adapt in a changing environment.
• We collaborate with internal staff and external stakeholders on large-scale projects.
