Porter / Maintenance Technician
Location: Las Vegas, NV (310 units) Schedule: 40 hours a week with occasional rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: $20-$24/hr, depending on experience.

About the Role
FLATS, a Proper company, is seeking a dependable and hands-on Porter / Maintenance Technician to support the overall upkeep, functionality, and presentation of our residential community.
This role goes beyond basic cleaningyou'll play a key part in maintaining the property's physical condition, assisting with minor repairs, and ensuring a safe, well-kept environment for residents. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of maintenance work and property upkeep and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and amenity spaces
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as light repairs, bulb replacements, basic plumbing fixes, and preventative upkeep
- Assist with work orders and support the maintenance team with day-to-day operational needs
- Conduct regular property walks to identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, or cleanliness needs
- Support unit turns, including trash removal, light repairs, and preparation for new residents
- Maintain exterior areas, including walkways, parking areas, and grounds, ensuring they are clean and hazard-free
- Respond promptly to spills, maintenance requests, and urgent property needs
- Assist with moving materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Report larger maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate team members
- Ensure tools, equipment, and storage areas are organized and properly maintained
