This role is iel for someone who is etil-oriente, proctive, n comfortble mnging severl concrrent resientil infill projects t vrios stges of evelopment.

Key Responsibilities
Office-Bse Project Mngement (Primry ty)

• Mintin overll project scheles n pte stkeholers weekly on progress, bottlenecks, n pcoming milestones.
• Coorinte sbcontrctors, sppliers, inspectors, n permitting offices to keep work flowing withot elys.
• Respon promptly to client emils regring project stts, esign coorintion, nticipte timelines, n chnge mngement.
• ssist with procrement, contrct ministrtion, n ocmenttion, incling RFI trcking, sbmittl review, n meeting notes.
• Verify complince with project specifictions, permitting reqirements, n resientil constrction best prctices.
• Mintin internl project shbors, bgets, n reporting tools.

Fiel Spport (Occsionl Site Visits)

• Visit job sites perioiclly to verify progress, ientify isses erly, n ensre contrctors re performing work to stnr.
• Cptre site photos n crete concise fiel reports for internl n client se.
• Confirm site conitions lign with plns, especilly when coorinting BMP Stormwter Mngement work, tility connections, n inspections.
• Work with sperintenents or fiel les (if pplicble) to resolve on-site chllenges tht my impct schele or cost.

Qlifictions

• 2-5+ yers of constrction project mngement experience; resientil experience strongly preferre.
• Fmilirity with Northern Virgini permitting, inspections, n locl site evelopment prctices is strong pls.
• bility to mnge mltiple projects simltneosly with miniml oversight.
• Excellent written n verbl commniction skills, especilly with homeowners n clients.
• Proficiency with project mngement, scheling softwre n Microsoft office.
• Vli river's license n bility to trvel to job sites s neee.
