Shift : 1st and 2nd shift options

Must be available to work overtime, as well as occasional/mandatory weekends

Machine Operator Summary:

This role involves operating production equipment, assembling parts, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting issues in a clean, safe manufacturing environment.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and tools.
• Assemble products and perform validation testing.
• Meet production targets and report defects/incidents.
• Maintain quality standards on all tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and stock levels.
• Follow manufacturing manuals and company guidelines.

Machine Operator Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• One year or more of recent manufacturing experience, SAP/MES knowledge, automated production line experience, and machinery troubleshooting preferred.

• Able to lift up to 50lbs

• Good communication (written/verbal) and teamwork skills required

• Knowledge of basic safety rules

• Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends when required

• Must meet Drug Test and Background Check requirements
