Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
• We are looking for experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, or Customer Engagement.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform tools is required, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with C#, .NET, APIs, and system integrations is important.
• You should be able to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Banking, credit union, financial services, or another regulated industry background is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills are needed.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams is preferred.

• Partner with business stakeholders to uncover requirements and design practical Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure, customize, and deploy new service management capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Build and enhance workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and service processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise applications.
• Use C#, APIs, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
• Create sustainable development standards, documentation, support procedures, and governance practices.
• Transfer knowledge to internal teams to support long-term ownership and scalability.
• Lead testing, deployment, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Evaluate and incorporate AI-enabled tools to improve development, automation, and documentation.

We are a credit union leading a strategic internal transformation initiative to expand and strengthen our Microsoft Dynamics platform and service management capabilities. This is a 6-month contract role based remotely for U.S.-based candidates in Michigan, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET. The opportunity offers high visibility, significant autonomy, and hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 development, Power Platform solutions, business process transformation, and financial services operations while working closely with business leaders, operations teams, and technology stakeholders.
