This role is responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing client invoices while ensuring accuracy, compliance with billing requirements, and timely resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities Generate a high volume of complex client invoices Ensure all invoices comply with established billing guidelines and include required supporting documentation Monitor invoice status and promptly address rejections, reductions, and items requiring follow-up Respond to billing-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners. Support special projects and prepare ad hoc reports as needed. Qualifications Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable within a high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Solid communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.
