And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youThe Role & Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent client serviceLead the client relationship management for fund administration clientsPrepare and review accounting entries, monthly close procedures, support schedules, invoices, etc.Manage NAV preparation and review processReview and support production of Financial StatementsSupporting investor communications for clientsAssisting in the development of new & existing client relationshipsOptimizing service offerings, automate and standardize processes, increase productivity and profitabilityFund accounting and investor reporting systems such as Paxus and Geneva and investor portals including Connect and Investment CaféEnsuring adherence to documented procedures and policiesCollaborating with other internal and external teamsEnsure all deliverables are met on a timely and accurate basisWork on the integration of large fund administration mandates (as required)Working on ad hoc internal and global projects (as required)Skills Required:Approximately 5-8+ years' experienceAn understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting to act as subject matter expert to teamA high degree of commercial awareness and client service focusPrior experience working at a Fund Administrator or with private fundsStrong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionalsExcellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative consistently producing accurate and timely workGood interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions and professional intermediariesA professional accounting qualification a plusDemonstrated ability to automate processes leveraging Excel and systems such as Paxus and GenevaInvestor Services to US & investor KYC standardsWe pride ourselves in our commitment to fostering a connected and inclusive culture, all our opportunities at Apex have Four (4) days in office requirement.Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
