Senior Construction Project Manager, Commercial Buildings

Jobot is seeking a Construction SPM in Whitman, MA for a permanent on-site role. You will manage several commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout, develop budgets and schedules, and lead planning, procurement, and contract administration.
The position emphasizes collaboration with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to meet project goals. You will monitor performance, identify risks, ensure safety and quality, and report to executive leadership.
