Salary Range: $786,375.00 to $1,031,895.00

Potential Premium Earnings: $199,800.00

• The salary range encompasses incentives that depend on skills, experience, longevity, and geographic location.

• Earnings within this range are subject to the necessary Board Certification.

• Potential premium earnings may differ based on the location.

• The annual salary is influenced by tenure with the organization and the full-time equivalent (FTE) work schedule.

Overview:

Join a High-Performing, Collaborative Team

• Each surgeon typically handles 2 cardiac surgery cases daily, three to four days a week.

• The program is expanding due to rising surgical volumes and an increase in membership.

• There are 4 dedicated operating rooms for cardiac surgery.

• Specialized cardiac anesthesia and nursing teams are in place.

• 24/7 in-house coverage by CTICU intensivists is provided.

• The medical center is recognized with ANCC Magnet® status, ensuring comprehensive team support.

• Our team includes 6 cardiac surgeons.

• We have 8 full-time perfusionists on staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

• We have 5 dedicated Physician Assistants.

• A multidisciplinary cardiac surgery team is in place.

• We are looking for surgeons who prioritize collaboration, professionalism, mentorship, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
