Job Title

This position involves comprehensive life cycle logistics support for a major weapon system or subsystem.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the focal point for planning, management, and coordination of life cycle logistics support.
• Managing, monitoring, evaluating, and coordinating the implementation of the integrated logistics support (ILS) plan.
• Acting as the senior technical advisor on contracts.
• Functioning as the senior representative and spokesperson in communicating program matters.

Additional duties may involve FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) as an FMS technical expert, responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating total, cradle to grave logistics management to support a complex, major weapons system from the concept through field deployment. Providing expert advice for complex FMS case management issues and ensuring that overall program performance is achieved as projected.
