2027 Marketing Project Management Intern

Our Marketing team plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by enhancing brand awareness, differentiating our investment solutions, and generating qualified leads. Within Marketing, our departments (Design, Digital, Financial Writing, Channel Marketing, and Data & Operations) work together to deliver impactful campaigns, compelling content, and data-driven insights that strengthen our brand and drive engagement with clients and prospects.

Eligibility Criteria

• This program is open to rising undergraduate seniors only. You must be graduating in 2028!
• Ability to start an internship June 7, 2027, and end August 13, 2027
• Ability to be in NYC for the duration of the internship
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

We’ll trust you to:

• Support the Global Marketing Solutions & Operations (GMSO) team's marketing operations and project plans by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across creative, content, technology, and cross-functional workstreams
• Assist with the Adobe Workfront optimization initiative, including intake processes, project templates, and system documentation, working alongside our Junior Scrum Master
• Help organize and coordinate specific workstreams under the guidance of senior team members, using tools such as the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for scrum events, stand-ups, and team meetings
• Learn and apply agile methodology basics (backlogs, sprint tracking, retrospectives) as part of supporting GMSO's agile transformation
• Support preparation of status reports and updates for stakeholders across our global marketing organization, including partners in Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, and Australia
• Assist with tracking project processes and organizing reference documentation and training materials
• Work within New York's Global Marketing Services Organization, collaborating with colleagues focused on specific aspects of asset management marketing

You'll need to have:

• Consistent academic achievement
• Emerging leadership skills and initiative
• Strong desire to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity or interest in generative AI tools

We expect the prorated salary for this role to be approximately $85,000 USD for the duration of the duration of the internship. The internship will be approximately 10 weeks starting in June of 2027 and concluding in August 2027
