Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the technological strategy that aligns with BIOS Homes’ business objectives and long-term vision.

Lead the company’s digital transformation initiatives, integrating innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Stay ahead of technological trends in the real estate , construction , and modular housing sectors, ensuring BIOS Homes maintains a competitive edge.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies that improve business operations, from sales and customer engagement to construction and project management.

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to identify new opportunities for technology-driven innovation , enhancing the customer experience and boosting business performance.

Oversee the development of custom software solutions , platforms, and tools that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across divisions.

Technological Infrastructure:

Ensure the scalability , security , and reliability of BIOS Homes’ technological infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are optimized to support business growth.

Oversee IT operations, including cloud infrastructure , cybersecurity , data management , and system integrations .

Manage technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and third-party technology solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team , fostering a culture of innovation , collaboration , and continuous improvement .

Ensure the team has the resources, skills, and training to meet current and future technology needs.

Develop and implement training programs to keep the technology team and other departments up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.

Collaboration Across Divisions:

Work closely with the Real Estate and Construction divisions to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that drive productivity and profitability.

Collaborate with the CFO and COO to ensure technology investments align with company priorities and deliver measurable business results.

Enable technology adoption across the company by providing leadership and guidance to non-technical teams.

Customer Experience & Technology Solutions:

Develop and implement technology solutions that improve the customer journey, from online home sales to the management of modular home construction projects.

Enhance BIOS Homes’ digital presence through innovative solutions that engage customers, streamline interactions, and increase satisfaction.

Oversee the integration of customer-facing technologies (e.g., websites, mobile apps, CRM systems) to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Ensure that all technology solutions comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards, particularly in data protection and cybersecurity.

Lead efforts to mitigate technology risks , ensuring the company’s digital assets and customer data are secure.

Strong experience in scalable infrastructure , system integrations , and enterprise-level technology solutions .

Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions and manage complex systems that impact multiple business divisions.

Proven success in building, leading , and developing teams , ensuring that technical and non-technical employees are aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership.
