What You’ll Do

Meet with veterans and their families via scheduled Zoom consultations

Assess needs and explain benefit options clearly and respectfully

Guide clients through enrollment step-by-step

Provide ongoing policy support, updates, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Participate in weekly training, coaching, and leadership sessions
