Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility) Hybrid Opportunity: After training, eligible for 2 days WFH per week We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations with a strong emphasis on garnishment administration and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with detailed processes, and can handle confidential employee information with professionalism and accuracy. The Payroll Analyst will play a key role in ensuring timely payroll‑related processing, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing exceptional internal customer service. Key Responsibilities Administer the full garnishment process, including setup, processing, tracking, compliance, and timely remittance of payments Review and interpret garnishment orders to ensure accurate deductions and compliance with applicable laws and deadlines Serve as a point of contact for employees, agencies, and third parties regarding payroll and garnishment inquiries Complete employment verifications for garnishments, state agencies, and other authorized requests Submit and reconcile monthly payroll‑related payments Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, and supporting documentation Manage, distribute, and track payroll‑related mail and correspondence Print, seal, and distribute pay statements in a timely and accurate manner Utilize Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools to monitor garnishments, deductions, and payroll activity Provide high‑level customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of payroll processing experience, including exposure to garnishments or payroll compliance Strong understanding of payroll procedures, deductions, and garnishment regulations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas; SAP experience is highly preferred Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new payroll systems and technologies Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Must pass an Excel and Data Entry Test Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees and external agencies Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all provisions of the EEO and ADA laws.
