Client Partner

$28 - $32 per hour

Smart Care Equipment Solutions

Superior Service, a Smart Care Company, has an immediate opening for a Client Partner in our Anaheim California office.Pay Range: $28-32Hr.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and support.Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.Understand client goals, challenges, and needs, providing tailored solutions and service recommendations.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with existing clients.Prepare account reports, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to clients and management.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients.Perform any other duties assigned by manager(s)Participate in and lead training for career development, safety and maintaining required certificationsConduct and support client engagement activities to strengthen our relationships with our clients and increase our understanding of their needsOrganizational Core CompetenciesPerform all duties with integrity, safety and a professional mentalityPromote a positive and inclusive work/team environmentCommunicate all program deficiencies and improvementsReport all non-conforming workEnsure effective communicationDemonstrate discretion, confidentiality and good judgement when dealing with sensitive company, personnel and client informationFoster collaboration and communicationEducation RequirementsHigh School diplomaYears of Experience1+ year of Customer Service experienceSystemsProficient with Google and Microsoft office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Soft SkillsExcellent organizational, communication and leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to lead multi-discipline teams and motivate othersAbility to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/managementStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAble to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities (i.e., self-starter, self-motivated)Solid organization and time management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think and act strategically and proactivelyStrong writing and presentation skillsResourcefulness, flexibility, and resiliency to operate in a dynamic work environmentSchedule/Essential Physical FunctionsWhile performing the duties of this job, this position may require the individual to work rotating shifts assignments, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Standby and on-call duty is required, and the individual must be able to respond to the facility within one hour. Some shifts will require working alone.Must have the ability to lift 50-60 pounds using Company provided equipmentTravelAbility/willingness for travel 1-3 times per year.On-call work and limited weekend travel or work may be required.Safety/Drug ScreeningCapability to pass background checks and initial drug screeningValid driver’s licenseAbility to climb stairs, ladders and work from heightsAbout Smart CareSmart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
