Front Desk Agent – Seasonal

Title: Front Desk Agent – Seasonal ($20/hr, Knoxville)

Body:

We're hiring seasonal Front Desk Agents to support a well-known retail brand's guest experience team this holiday season. If you've worked a front desk before — hotel, medical office, gym, salon, anywhere — you already know how to make someone feel welcome and get their problems solved quickly. This role puts those same skills to work in a fast-paced office setting instead of behind a physical desk.

What you'll do:

• Check guests in and welcome them as their first point of contact
• Answer questions about orders, accounts, and general requests
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest needs
• Maintain accurate logs and records of guest interactions
• Keep things moving calmly and warmly, even when it's busy

Schedule:

• Full-time, seasonal: October 2026 through early January 2027
• Schedule varies week to week based on guest volume; evenings and weekends required
• Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day off
• On-site in Knoxville, TN — not a remote position

Pay: $20.00/hour to start
