Temporary Mailroom Clerk / Print Services Associate

Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a Temporary Mailroom Clerk / Print Services Associate to support daily print production, shipping operations, and internal employee service requests. This is a fully on-site role supporting office operations and internal business communications in a fast-paced professional environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused, with experience handling mailroom operations, printing projects, shipping logistics, and administrative support tasks. This individual should be comfortable multitasking, working independently, and supporting internal departments with high-volume printing and distribution needs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the print and mail services department in a professional office environment.
• Respond to and fulfill internal employee print and document requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Print, assemble, and prepare marketing materials, business documents, presentations, and other internal communications.
• Operate and monitor office print equipment, copiers, scanners, and finishing machines.
• Prepare outgoing shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping systems, including creating shipping labels and tracking packages.
• Coordinate packaging and shipment of marketing materials, business documents, and office correspondence.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries throughout the office.
• Assist with document formatting, data entry, and mail merge projects using Microsoft Word.
• Support small Adobe projects and basic document edits using Adobe Acrobat or related software.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, tracking information, and delivery confirmations.
• Order and maintain mailroom, printing, and office supply inventory as needed.
• Work efficiently across dual-screen monitor systems and multiple software platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting internal staff with print, mail, and shipping needs.
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative support tasks as assigned.
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of print and mailroom work areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a mailroom, print services, administrative support, or office services role preferred.
• Experience handling shipping and receiving functions using UPS and FedEx systems.
• Familiarity with high-volume printing, document preparation, and mail distribution processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Mail Merge functionality.
• Basic experience with Adobe Acrobat or small Adobe-related document projects preferred.
• Comfortable working on dual-monitor computer systems in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
