Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care as a sitter or CNA, floating to various floors as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning of patients
- Perform hourly rounding to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while adapting to a dynamic healthcare environment
Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of hospital experience
- Active Washington CNA license required
- BLS certification from AHA
- Valid driver's license (required at time of submittal)
- Flexibility and a great attitude are a must
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in vital signs monitoring
- Experience with patient feeding and ambulation
- Comfort with floating to different units
- Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
