They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do Do you enjoy shopping? Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for our customers every day. They select the right products, dispense orders at the pickup area, and engage customers in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The position is fast‑paced, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during the holiday season, and sometimes requires juggling online customer shopping with assisting in‑store shoppers.
