Care Assistant and Caregiver Needed for Northland Clients

Care Assistant
Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking a Late Morning to Early Afternoon Care Assistant Needed Private In-Home Care (Kearney, MO. Area). We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Kearney, MO.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely
- Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
- Dependable and punctual reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive

Responsibilities:
- Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
- Show up on TIME!
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc.
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
Requirements:
- Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
- Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
