Senior Customer Program Manager

Driving impactful programs, the full-time Senior Customer Program Manager will lead cross-functional execution, manage relationships with internal R&D customers, and communicate program health and outcomes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide horizontal leadership across R&D, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver complex programs and resolve customer concerns Build strong relationships with internal customers to translate operational needs into actionable plans Develop and present executive-level updates and dashboards to communicate program health and risks Required qualifications Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 10+ years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry, preferably in datacenter infrastructure 4+ years of experience leading or managing a team in the high-tech industry Proven history of influencing decisions and coordinating teams in a cross-functional, multinational environment Program Management certification/training is a plus
