Position: Paralegal – Insurance Defense / General Litigation Location: Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid (2–3 Days Onsite) Salary: $70,000–$110,000 Annually Experience: 3+ Years About: Our client, an established law firm with a longstanding presence in the Arizona legal community, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its litigation practice. Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, from case initiation through trial preparation. Draft, proofread, and format pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents. Coordinate discovery, including document collection, review, organization, and production. Maintain case files, track deadlines, and assist with calendaring and case management. Obtain and organize records, prepare document summaries, and coordinate with clients, witnesses, and outside parties.
