SQL Data Analyst

Requirements / Must-Haves

• Bachelors or MBA graduates in equivalent work field
• 2–5 years of relevant SQL/data operations experience
• Strong hands-on SQL Server / Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Experience building or modifying stored procedures, SQL tables, views, and other database objects
• Experience managing data from multiple source systems and maintaining data integrity, quality, validation, and normalization
• Experience developing SQL-driven operational and recurring reporting, rather than primarily consuming prepared datasets for dashboards
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and perform root-cause analysis

• Strong data reconciliation experience, including comparing large datasets across multiple systems and investigating discrepancies

Day-to-Day

• Manage operational datasets coming from multiple clients, platforms, and source systems
• Build and maintain SQL tables and centralized data repositories
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, reconcile, and analyze data
• Build and maintain stored procedures and SQL-driven processes
• Reconcile data across servicing systems and other data xhyhwjd sources
• Research discrepancies and identify the root cause of data variances
• Monitor and improve data integrity, quality, validation, and normalization
• Build recurring operational reports based on business/data requirements
• Support audit readiness and ensure underlying data can be accurately validated
• Support process improvements by identifying inefficient data or operational workflows
