CVIUC RN ****MUST HAVE ACT Activated Clotting Time EXPERIENCE*** ALTERNATING 3X12 days and nights, weekdays, weekends - blocks of time as night shift and then will flip to days for a while, depending on facility need Ratio: 1:2 (this is based on acuity - the unit could have overflow patients at times warranting step down level of care) *Must be experienced in direct fresh open-heart admissions from OR, pressure monitoring, and Swan-Ganz management, Impella monitoring, CRRT.
