Service Dispatcher – Refrigeration Division

Our team is tight-knit, our reputation is built on trust, and we're growing — which means we need a sharp, organized dispatcher to keep our technicians running efficiently every day.

What You'll Do

• Receive and prioritize incoming service calls from customers
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on location, skill, and urgency
• Maintain real-time communication with techs throughout the day to track job progress
• Coordinate parts requests, follow-up appointments, and emergency calls
• Update work orders and job notes in our service management software
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the field team
• Handle escalations with professionalism and urgency

What We're Looking For

• Prior dispatching experience required — ideally in a field service, trades, or logistics environment
• Working knowledge of refrigeration and/or HVAC systems — you don't need to be a tech, but you need to speak the language
• Strong multitasking ability; calm and focused under pressure
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Proficiency with dispatch or service management software (experience with ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, or similar a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-call rotation may apply for after-hours coverage)
• Competitive pay based on experience

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $24–$29/hour , based on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-call rotation may apply for after-hours coverage)
• IRA retirement plan
