Mechanic Maintenance

Job Title

Position Summary

Working 3rd shift hours.

Support NCE/TPM in the factory, to include participation in NCE meeting (SHO, DOR, WOR etc.) and MWG participation.

Gains knowledge on all basic production equipment in the plant.

Performs final assemblies on all equipment and pre-flight.

Maintains equipment by the use of PM systems.

Maintains accurate, precise records where required. This to include equipment logs, communication logs, P.M. sheets, job orders, etc.

Anticipates problems and takes corrective action prior to equipment failure.

Performs basic mechanic adjustments.

Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

3 years of prior Industrial mechanical experience required.

Basic computer experience required.

TPM experience preferred.

Leadership experience preferred.

Good mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems.

Must be willing to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays.

Show basic knowledge of lubrication, fasteners and correct use of tools.

Show ability to operate and assemble equipment, make adjustments and minor repairs.

Lifting requirements exterting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently.
