Join our team and play a pivotal part of launching Hobart's newest fully automated cold-storage expansion! Your expertise will be vital in driving our success and fostering innovation.****Responsibilities:*** Maintain and troubleshoot all systems and subsystems of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), including conveyors, robotic arms, and End of Arm Tools.* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system components, including sensors, PLCs, fieldbus communication, and network systems.* Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and adjustments to ensure system reliability.* Replace and repair conveyor mechanical components (chains, belts, rollers, drive motors) and control system sensors (photo-eyes, proximity, electronic sensors).* Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in CMMS and report issues to management with estimated repair timelines.* Assist and train automation technicians in troubleshooting and repair procedures.* Ensure a clean and organized work environment by removing replaced parts and maintaining equipment areas.* Work safely in cold environments and at heights, following all company safety protocols.**Technical Requirements:*** Strong working knowledge of 480V, 277V, and 120V electrical systems (single and three-phase).* Advanced experience with PLCs, network diagnostics, and troubleshooting.* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns.* Mechanical and electrical aptitude to replace and maintain RGV and crane components.* Experience with CMMS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).* Physical ability to perform equipment inspections, mechanical repairs, and component replacements.**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to work in varying temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius* Ability to work in confined spaces and working at heights up to 100 feet* Ability to lift 50Ibs/23Kgs.This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
