What You'll Do

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Help with meals and dining Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Obtain and record vital signs as assigned Observe residents and promptly communicate changes to the nursing team Support residents with activities of daily living Maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team Provide companionship and emotional support Help create a clean, comfortable, and positive environment for residents Qualifications

Current

Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults Dependable with a strong work ethic Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and coworkers Long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted-living experience is a plus Benefits for Full-Time Employees
