Information Security Analyst 4

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Information Security Analyst 4 to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the Security Operations Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive engagement, and a collaborative mindset to succeed in this role. Job Title: Information Security Analyst 4 Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Proactively engage with business units to identify IAM pain points, adoption barriers, and access challenges across various initiatives. Understand business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with real-world use cases. Influence stakeholders on new or significant changes to IAM enterprise solutions to promote effective adoption. Act as an Engagement Partner for IAM across business units, ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and adoption of IAM capabilities. Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs for IAM product and engineering teams, improving user experience and capabilities. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis, with a focus on IAM. Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding migrations or transformation initiatives. Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments such as Azure, GCP, or on-premises Active Directory. Strong understanding of IAM security principles, including authentication, identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, and directory services. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. What's in it for me?
