Housekeeper Wanted - Thorough Recurring House Cleaning + Laundry, Dishes & Home Organizing

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper for weekly, recurring house cleaning. This is an ongoing position and I'm looking to hire immediately. The job includes thorough, general house cleaning throughout the home, plus laundry, dish washing, refrigerator cleaning, and home organizing. Schedule & availability:

• Weekly, recurring service (ongoing, long-term)
• Looking to hire immediately

General house cleaning (all rooms):

• Dusting all surfaces, shelves, furniture, baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
• Wiping down and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, switches, handles)
• Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstery
• Sweeping and mopping all hard floors
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
• Cleaning mirrors, glass, and interior windows/sills
• Tidying and straightening each room

Kitchen:

• Cleaning and sanitizing countertops, backsplash, sink, and faucet
• Wiping down exterior of appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
• Cleaning stovetop and range
• Washing dishes, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and putting dishes away
• Cleaning inside the refrigerator: removing items, discarding expired food, wiping shelves/drawers, and reorganizing contents

Bathrooms:

• Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and tiles
• Cleaning mirrors and fixtures
• Restocking and tidying, wiping counters

Bedrooms & living areas:

• Making beds and changing linens
• Dusting and vacuuming
• General tidying and surface cleaning

Laundry:

• Washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and linens
• Organizing closets and drawers neatly

Home organizing:

• Decluttering and organizing common areas, closets, cabinets, and storage spaces
• Creating tidy, functional systems for everyday items
