Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term and post-acute care populations preferred. Client-specific requirement: willingness to provide therapy services five days per week (Monday through Friday) and to work a standard 8‑hour day. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
