Deadline: Not specified Fees: None Description: GoDigital Media Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director / VP Legal & Business Affair Counsel. This full-time role reports to the General Counsel and involves providing strategic legal counsel and support on complex business transactions within the music industry. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements (revenue-sharing, advances, recoupment), supporting due diligence for music catalog acquisitions, protecting intellectual property, and managing legal and financial risks. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate complex commercial and music rights agreements. Support due diligence for music catalog acquisitions and rights-based transactions. Develop strategies to maximize the commercial value of intellectual property. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
