Compensation: $26.00 – $31.50 / hour (plus shift & weekend differentials!)

Shifts Available: Full-Time Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) OR Full-Time Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

The Role

Whether you thrive on the bright energy of Day Shift (7a–7p) or prefer the steady rhythm of Night Shift (7p–7a) , you will play a crucial role on our floor. As an LPN at Bethea, you’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, guide our CNAs, and build meaningful relationships with residents who truly appreciate your care.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Care: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and wound care accurately in compliance with state standards and physician orders.

• Clinical Assessment & Monitoring: Track vital signs, document changes in condition, and communicate updates to attending physicians and family members.

• Floor Leadership: Provide supportive clinical guidance, delegation, and teamwork with CNAs on your shift.

• Accurate Documentation: Maintain clean, accurate electronic care plans and medical records.

• Seamless Shift Hand-Offs: Participate in thorough shift reports to ensure continuous, high-quality care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of South Carolina (or valid Compact state license).

• Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required.

• Experience: Previous LPN experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long-Term Care, or Assisted Living is a plus—but passionate new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply ! We love to train and mentor.
