Must Meet the Following Criteria: Proven results and customer service experience Self‑motivated with a positive "Can Do" attitude Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to train, coach, and inspire a team Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue streams. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with peers to align sales strategies with product launches and promotions. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance. Develop and implement training programs to onboard new employees and continually improve the skills and competencies of existing team members. Recruit, interview, and select qualified applicants to join the sales team, ensuring a high‑performing and cohesive team. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to stay informed and proactive in the beauty market. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Performance Metrics: Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. Growth in client base and market share.
