ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide direct interaction with all team members involved in shipping orders, provide assistance and guidance to employees on issues related to the shipping department. Monitoring employees of specific areas. Give feed back to the people. Team Lead and all S&S Activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.

COMPENSATION

Hourly: $23.43

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday (1PM - 9:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Must have a positive \"can-do\" attitude Responsible for aisle patrol Verify and enforce safety compliance Verify and enforce compliance of the SOPs Monitoring location issues reports Trouble Shoot and resolve issues related to the shipping process. E.O.D. stock chaser audits (cars clean, trash thrown, tablets/scanners plugged and charged in correct spot) Provide involvement in the planning and execution of Special Projects related to shipping process Provide leadership to the shipping team All other duties as assigned

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Must be 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Supervisor experience of 2 years in a team-oriented workplace, preferred. Good interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills. Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve company goals. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred. Must have strong attention to detail. Able to learn systems, applications, and procedures quickly. Good communication, excellent organizational and time management skills. Accurate with numbers and counting; attention to details. Ability to operate warehouse equipment. Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. Willing to perform other duties as required Must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business needs. Some experience in a team-oriented workplace, preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft suite and email use. System and Inventory Knowledge, preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
