About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking VP to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including building financial models, conducting financial analysis, and working closely with senior leaders and clients. The role also involves mentoring and leading junior bankers, as well as full-cycle deal execution across various financial products. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in investment banking or M&A, and a strong interest in the ADG, engineering, construction, and industrial services space.
