FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bedford is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy practice where clinicians have the time, support and clinical variety to do their best work. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who values excellent one-on-one patient care, enjoys learning from a collaborative team, and wants the opportunity to grow across orthopedic, balance, vestibular and neurologic care.

• $76,000–$102,000 base salary for a full-time schedule, based on experience and role; prorated for reduced schedules
• Up to 10% performance bonus based on clinic performance
• 32–40 hours per week with a four-day workweek available
• 40-minute, truly one-on-one visits — no double-booking and no handing patients off to aides or techs

Our Bedford clinic combines the clinical variety of a specialty practice with the collaboration and energy of a close-knit team. You’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, balance and vestibular disorders, neurologic conditions and geriatrics — with experienced colleagues available to collaborate, share ideas and help you continue developing your skills.

The clinic is bright, modern and inviting, with private treatment rooms and specialized equipment including our Solo-Step overhead safety system, vestibular goggles, treadmill, BlazePods, Normatec and ANCORE . Our clinical model is designed around quality care: 40-minute one-on-one sessions, no double-booking, and no aides or techs taking over portions of treatment.

Responsibilities The Clinical Work

Expect a genuinely varied caseload across orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, balance and vestibular disorders, neurologic conditions and geriatrics. You do not need to arrive as a vestibular expert. Clinicians with experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, neurology, balance or fall prevention can all be a strong fit, and you’ll have experienced colleagues to help broaden your skills over time.

Our Bedford clinic includes specialized equipment such as Solo-Step overhead safety support, vestibular goggles, BlazePods, Normatec and ANCORE.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide one-on-one treatment across orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurologic and geriatric populations
• Educate patients and families to support recovery, independence and fall prevention
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, the Clinical Director and our Client Care Specialists
• Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews and ongoing training
• Contribute to a collaborative clinical environment and help strengthen programs as the practice grows
• Participate in occasional community presentations, events or weekend training scheduled in advance
• Document efficiently in Prompt EMR

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $76,000–$102,000 for a full-time schedule, based on experience, clinical expertise and role responsibilities; prorated for reduced schedules. New graduates are welcome to apply, with higher compensation available for clinicians who bring relevant outpatient, orthopedic, balance, vestibular or neurologic experience.

Required Skills Who We Are Looking For

• Massachusetts PT license by start date
• PT degree from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT, MPT or equivalent)
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are both encouraged to apply
• Interest in treating a varied caseload across orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurologic and geriatric populations
• Balance or vestibular experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• A collaborative mindset and interest in continuing to learn and develop as a clinician
• Interest in community education and outreach; prior presentation experience is not required
