Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) - (New Grad's welcome) Schedule - 4 days in a week Type - Full Time
Professional Summary
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist providing comprehensive women's healthcare in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment. Experienced in obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal management, labor and delivery, gynecologic procedures, and preventive women's health services. Committed to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine and high-risk prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum follow-up.
- Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures using the Da Vinci Surgical System.
- Conduct detailed patient evaluations including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Deliver preventive healthcare services including family planning, contraception counseling, and menopause management.
- Collaborate with physicians, certified nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate clinical documentation and patient management.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, infection control standards, and evidence-based clinical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for Alaska Medical Licensure
- Experience in comprehensive OB/GYN care and surgical procedures
- Robotic surgery (Da Vinci) experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
