EVENT COORDINATOR ASSISTANT

Hamburg Brewing Event Coordinator Assistant Hamburg Brewing Company is seeking an Event Coordinator Assistant to assist in the event operations. As the Event Coordinator Assistant, you will be supporting in the planning and full execution of events atthe Hamburg Brewing Company, working under the direction of the Events Coordinator. This role involvessupporting the Events Coordinator, including event preparation and planning, execution, and full clean upof events, ensuring that events run smoothly and meet client expectations. Responsibilities Assist in planning event logistics of events at the Hamburg Brewing Company Provide on-site support during events, including setup, tear down, and troubleshooting anypotential issues Ensure compliance with organizational requirements for events Qualifications Must be available on weekends Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Must be self motivated with an advanced sense of urgency Must be able to prioritize, work efficiently and quickly Must be able bodied and able to lift up to 50 lbs Friendly and enthusiastic Basic mathematical skills Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to read and speak English proficiently Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules Prior experience in event planning or customer service is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
