We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available! Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Location Bexley Square at Concord Mills Pay Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $18/hour and increasing with experience, plus quarterly bonuses. What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.
