Job Description
The Fencing and Metal Building Installer specializes in assembling and installing agricultural fencing, as well as residential and agricultural metal buildings. Working primarily on mixed project types, installers operate within small teams and focus on ensuring structural integrity while adhering to safety standards. The role involves regional travel and requires physical stamina to manage material handling and equipment operation effectively, with minimal customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle and organize installation materials efficiently
- Assemble and install metal building structures and fencing
- Operate equipment safely and effectively
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate within small teams of 2-5 members to complete projects
- Travel regionally to various job sites as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in construction or metal building installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
- Strong physical stamina for demanding tasks
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
