Respiratory Care Practitioner

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $45.00 Salary: $62,400 - $93,600 FT and PT positions qualify for a commencement/sign-on bonus of to $7500 for RRT and $3500 for RT, relocation assistance: $7500.00 and a student loan repayment program of up to $15,750. Candidates need to live within 30 minutes of the facility. Relocation assistance is available.

The Respiratory Care Practitioner is a valuable member of the healthcare team who demonstrates knowledge, skill, and professionalism when interacting with peers and patients. The RT must be able to provide age appropriate care to a diversified patient population. This individual must demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as well as the AARC standards of practice.

• New grad welcome and willing to train
• 2 years acute care hospital experience required; critical access hospital preferred
• Clinically independent and experience working with all age groups - required
• BLS required
• ACLS current ACLS certification or eligible for certification by National Board of Respiratory Care
• PALS and NRP certification or must be able to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Participation in continuing education program.
• Graduate from an approved/accredited Program of Respiratory Care and a current New Hampshire License/Registration is required. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for respiratory care.
• 25 bed rural hospital and you do go on transport

Certification requirements:

• ACLS
• BLS (AHA)
• NBRC

State license requirements:
