Job title: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) Job Details Base Pay: $64,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Job Category: Substance Use Disorder Industry: Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health, Behavioral Health Employee Type: Full Time (≥0.75 FTE) Working model Onsite Schedule This position leads three evening groups each week, held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Candidates may choose between a 40‑hour schedule (five 8‑hour days or four 10‑hour days). Responsibilities Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction. Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements. Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care. Requirements Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC‑T. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, skill set, internal equity, schedule, and/or location. Estimates are based on a 1.0 FTE and employees in these positions are W2.
