We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and bilingual (Spanish or English/Mandarin). Independently owned and operated, SYNERGY HomeCare is a nationally renowned agency that provides non-medical, in-home care to people of all ages and abilities. Our team is seeking a compassionate, service-focused individual for our personal care attendant role. SYNERGY HomeCare offers experienced personal care attendants:

• Competitive pay between $18.50-$25.00

• Direct deposit

As a personal care attendant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide  compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes

• Assist with  activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Offer  companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being

• Prepare meals and assist with  light housekeeping

• Provide  medication reminders and ensure safety throughout the home

• Assist with  mobility and transfers , using proper techniques

• Support clients with  transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable)

• Communicate regularly with the care team to ensure  consistent, high-quality care

Recommendations Requirements:

• HCA

• TB

• CPR/ Frist Aid

• Drivers License
