- Base salary approximately $240, 000
- Additional compensation equal to 50% of hospital collections from deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, and other procedures
- Total earnings commonly range from $300, 000 $330, 000+
- HRSA student loan repayment eligibility ($25, 000 $35, 000 annually, tax-free)
- Paid malpractice coverage
- 21 days PTO

- Texas license not required at the time of application
