What you’ll do

As an RN/LPN/CNA , you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports safe outcomes and comfort. Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering direct patient care (per your scope of practice)
• Taking and recording vital signs and patient observations
• Assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
• Administering medications and treatments (RN/LPN) according to facility policy
• Working collaboratively with providers, families, and the care team
• Documenting care in accordance with standards and facility requirements
• Monitoring changes in condition and reporting concerns promptly

Who we’re looking for

You’re a caring professional who shows up, communicates well, and takes pride in quality care. Ideal candidates include:

• RNs: Active RN license, good standing, relevant experience preferred
• LPNs: Active LPN license, good standing, relevant experience preferred
• CNAs: Active CNA certification/registry where required (and willing to learn and grow)

Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is a plus (not required for all roles—apply anyway)

Requirements

• Active license/certification for your role (RN/LPN/CNA)
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check, reference checks as applicable)
• Current CPR/BLS (if required by role)
• Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
