Career Systems Development Corporation Careers seeks a Bilingual Employment Counselor to guide young adults in Job Corps programs toward meaningful careers. In this student-centered role, you’ll provide bilingual counseling, assess strengths and barriers, and develop individualized career plans. You’ll lead job readiness workshops, support job search and employer outreach, and track outcomes. Working within CSD’s mission-driven, collaborative culture, you’ll partner with education and training staff to connect students’ skills with real opportunities while promoting accountability, respect, and inclusion. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact on students’ lives and contribute to innovative workforce development programs nationwide.
