PB&J Restaurants is a 40 year old, Kansas City based hospitality group who operates the Dining Services at Kansas City University (KCU)! Join our team as we deliver elevated food options in a cafeteria style setting.
KCU is a private medical school with its main campus in Pendleton Heights and was founded in 1916 as one of the original osteopathic medical schools in the United States. It consists of a College of Osteopathic Medicine and a College of Biosciences. KCU is one of the largest medical schools in the nation by enrollment.
